The use of affirmations happened when I needed them the most.
At first, I didn’t really realize I was creating them on my own until I kept telling myself the same things every day to ease the discomfort of everyday struggles.
I am capable

How to Create Your Own
All in all, make your affirmations about what triggers good vibes. Don’t make affirmations that you don’t believe in. They need to be relevant to you and spark that fire deep within your soul.
